While I took great pride in leading teams and executing complex programs for global brands, a personal turning point reshaped my path. Recently, while helping my own family care for my aging grandmother, I experienced firsthand the immense stress of balancing proper medical care with her need for autonomy.
I saw how overwhelming it is to manage daily logistics while trying to honor a loved one’s personal wishes. This experience ignited a passion in me to pivot my career toward senior advocacy. I now use the organizational skills I honed in the corporate world to help families navigate these same challenges with clarity, compassion, integrity, and advocacy.

I guide families on practical, evidence-based modifications that make the home safer, reduce injury risks, and help their loved ones age in place with confidence.
Licensed RCFE Administrator
California Department of Social Services (CCLD)
My state Administrator license equips me with deep knowledge of residential care standards, state regulations, and facility operations. I assist families in evaluating senior living options, ensuring care homes meet strict quality guidelines, and managing safe, seamless transitions into residential care.
As a Licensed RCFE Administrator, I bridge the gap between hospital discharge lounges and local residential care homes through our proprietary Discharge-Ready Vetting Program.
