While I took great pride in leading teams and executing complex programs for global brands, a personal turning point reshaped my path. Recently, while helping my own family care for my aging grandmother, I experienced firsthand the immense stress of balancing proper medical care with her need for autonomy.
I saw how overwhelming it is to manage daily logistics while trying to honor a loved one’s personal wishes. This experience ignited a passion in me to pivot my career toward senior advocacy. I now use the organizational skills I honed in the corporate world to help families navigate these same challenges with clarity, compassion, integrity, and advocacy.

I have successfully completed the Administrator Certification Program awarded by the State of California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing Division. This license (6081286740) ensures I have a comprehensive understanding of the operational and safety standards required for Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly.
